What media to use with swap magic

I have recently fitted and installed swap magic 3,6 with the slimline fliptop, I am going to start creating backups of my games, but what type of media should I use:
- DVD+R
- DVD-R
- DVD+RW
- DVD-RW
- DVD-RAM
- DVD+RAM

or anything else, what works best with swap magic 3.6?, or is there more than one media type that can be used.

you should use either DVD-R or DVD+R
That more depends on what version PS2 you have
I would use DVD-R 8X speed
It should play in any version.
I think V4 and below have trouble with the +R
But get quality media and not just the cheapest
thing you can find
