How do I set the burner as Master

The title is pretty much self explanatory. I think my CD is already master(not sure though). Do I just switch the plugs or do I have to change any settings, do someting with BIOS, etc.

On the back of your burner where the power connector and ribbon connector is you should see six pins in groups of two side by side with two already covered by a jumper. One set should be marked with a MA, one with SL, and one with CS. Move the jumper to the two marked SL. Your CD is most likely the master if its the only device on your secondary IDE channel. This of course assumes that you will have the burner and CD on the same channel.
