where can I buy a 'superplay' dvd???

I read in the recent WIRED magazine that there are 'superplay' dvds of championship matches for fighting video games like Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Street Fighter Alpha 2. The article said these were only available in Tokyo. I have seen some sites that offer videos of championship players and ultimate combos but I was hoping to purchase a dvd since my internet connection is slow. Oh yeah, I've already tried ebay.

Any help much appreciated. Also, my preferred games are Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Street Fighter Alpha 3 (or any Alpha games, maybe even regular Street Fighter 2 series).
