Alright, At this very moment I am installing Krazie's UXE MechInstaller (I pray many of you are familiar with that). Everything loaded up fine until I began backing up my eeprom.
After I confirmed that I wanted to back it up, it went to a loading screen with the Xbox logo and text saying "Loading... REMOTEX" I know it supposedly takes a while to load at this particular part, but it's been over an hour now and it's still loading.
Is this normal? How long is it supposed to take exactly?
Not suppose to be that long.. UXE is a good installer; but there's a newer one "Krazie's ndure installer"<~~go with that one..ndure method the latest. if not backing up, just redo everything, could be just a corrupt file or something small..
Um; i'm not sure. I believe it don't matter. I have hardware mod first, then I tried softmod, so I just FTP'd to my main xbox, then moved it to a memory card then copy it from the memory card to the xbox. i do have the AR thing, let me check it out and i'll reply with a edit post... Naw sorry I couldn't get it to copy over. =\
I found the file and I got it onto my Xbox, but it's giving me the same problem. It would take forever for the "REMOTEX" screen to load. Occasionally I would manage to get passed that by turning off the Xbox and relaunch the program via Mechassault, but once I select the NKpatcher it would give me that damn batch file error.
e-mail, and I can send you my files, if you can get them to your xbox i'm quite pretty sure they work, cause I got one softmodded xbox, and one hard mod, the softmod i used UXE installer, got a few, but probaly only be able to send Kryazie UXE or ndure
