Duo2se on v7 PS2 Bad install?

I Installed my duo2 on my PS2 and when i put her back together to try it out, my CD tray only opens barely hardly much at all, the eject button blinks blue quickly, and my screen is black? Is it a bad install or is my PS2 cooked? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i would open it back up and check it out. it could be that one of the wires came loose. plus, check for bridged connections. if you find that everything seems alright and it is still doing the same thing, then uninstall the mod and check it out. if it is ok, reinstall the mod. if it is not ok then you have a problem, post back here.

as far as the tray goes, try taking it out and then replacing it back in. sometimes, reseating the tray fixes that and then if the tray is ok, the light won't blink.
