hey there i recently bought various titles from over seas the games are NTSC U/C standar i was wondering if these are able to be backed up if so with what program? thank you

Use DVD Decrypter. Select "iso read" to rip to HDD then select "iso write" to burn to DVD-R.
You will need a method of booting the copied game such as modchip or swap magic.
You will also need a TV than can display NTSC.

You could also back-up by using HD advance in conjunction with a HDD installed inside the expansion bay of a PS2. (not V12)

when i insert the game into the dvd rom "note its a bali type game" chose a destination it says incompatible medium inserted and wont let me read it ive backed up many original games with this method
