Problems with upgrading DMS3!

hello all!
first, sorry for my english, i´m german

next: i cant upgrade my DMS3!
here the facts, that are shown on screen:

ps2: EURO 0170 27/02/2003
DMS: v9
Current: 1.8
upgrade: 2.0

message: upgrade failed -1
at 17010000

i wanted to update at 2.4b4

so, i tried again, and now theres an other error:

"at 0F0 10000"

is it possible, that i first have to upgrade on 2.0, and then upgrade on newer version???
i think so, because the ps2 writes "upgrade 2.0"...

but were can i download 2.0...???

i tried to upgrade at 2.2, but theres an error too...

i hope anybody could help me soon... :(
