hi i have a comp running win media center and i bought a tv tuner which is v streams x-pert tv-pvr i dont think its compatible with windows media center as its not recognising it am i doing something wrong or is their only a few tuners that are actually compatible with media center

r u running an HP media center, if so guess what? sorry but there are very few off the shelf items compatable. Been there done that. However most everything is available (with free online tech support) through HP.com. I was told that some of the other mfgs are like that as well but I don't know which ones. Good Luck
