why is there distortion on my original dvd disc?

why is it after i rip my dvd with dvd decryptor the bottom of the disc is all distorted

is there a way to make it look like new?

Don't know what you mean by distorted, but if the disk appears different from what it was, then you must have something wrong with you drive. There should be not difference after ripping in the disk appearance.

if it was my drive then would it do the same when reading the disc while playing
