I am new to this so I hope I can find someone patient to help me.
Have been burning movies for some months now using DVD Shrink with only a few problems. Recently, however, I am finding problems with the picture as it stops and starts and sometimes freezes. This usually happens towards the end of the movie. I am not doing anything different. I am aware that the type of discs are important and am using TDK which I have always used. But this problem is increasing and I don't know why. Someone suggested I check the media discs but I don't really understand what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions as I am finding this extremely frustrating? Appreciate any assistance.

Are the movies playing o.k. on the harddisk (i.e. before the final burning)?

Not sure what you mean by playing ok on the harddisk. Certainly there are no indication of any errors? Could I have a bad batch of discs?

Sorry, what I meant was try burn to harddisk first to check whether the video plays right.
