Can I still choose my audio track?

If i reauthor a dvd, and just put the main movie and 5.1 and DTS audio tracks, do i still have the option to switch between 5.1 and dts somehow when i am watching the finished product?

do i just do that from the audio track setting on my dvd player?

You can change audio streams by pressing the audio button on your remote.
