Anyone have any opinions on these products for simple video to dvd transfers? People on these forums say good things about both. The Ads one sells for $79 and the Hauppauge for $100 I believe. I also believe that they both remove macrovision although I really want to just transfer home movies. Looking to make a move in the next couple of days.

I don't know anything about Hauppauge, but I recently bought ADS DVD Xpress and it works great. I haven't tryed DVD capture yet, so I don't know about Macrovision removal. I've been using it to capture video from my Dish Network's hard disk recorder. Bottom line I can't complain, especially since I got it really cheap (about $50 on Ebay).

If I always hear voices surrounding me, does it mean Im crazy or that I hear in Dolby 5.1?
