HD Loader boot up question for newbies

I have a ps2 V4 with duo2SE chip. My laser is bad. It can only read CD games. I got a hacked version of HD Loader to work. My only question is while playing a game on the HD, how do I go back to my game selection menu on the HD Loader? I don't want to reset the PS2 and use my laser to boot up the CD (HD Loader) everytime I change a game in the HD. I am saving my laser for as long as possible ($65 for a new laser). Is there a way I can boot up HD Loader using the memory card or USB memory stick?

Not possible to go back to the HD Menu. Boot from usb mem without using a cd/dvd nope.
