I don't get MPEG Layer-3 Option in Audio Compression

I don't get the option to use MPEG layer-3 compression in Flaskmpeg. What do i have to do to fix this problem?

According to FlaskMPEG forums, this is a very typical problem with FlaskMPEG that cannot be fixed -- it normally solves automatically when you shut down Flask and reopen it.
