Swap Magic 3.6 NTSC -PAL option

Can someone exlain the process for using swap magic 3 to play an NTC back-up

I have got Tiger 05 and Call of duty both backed up but will only play black and white regardless of asking swap magic to play it in NTSC mode. Am I doing this the right way?

Also someone was kind enough to post an NTSC-Pal convertor (thanks again) but this hasn't been successful and both games will still only play in black and white.

Is there a sure-fire method that I can use here?

If your trying to play a NTSC game in a PAL region... you should set the video mode to PAL... It should work...I assume that you are using Swap Magic 3.6...
