Softmodding XBOX gone bad HELP!?!?!?!?!?

OK I modded my own xbox awhile ago and it has been great.

But when a friend asked me to do his, I did it without looking at the instrucions (doh), i mean it was simple enough...

I used James bond 007 and actionreplay.

First I didn't update his xbox using xbox live... Not sure if that's part of the problem or not.

copied the file to the harddrive loaded 007 the itools screen came up just fine.

First thing I did was backup C
then went ahead and installed UDE 2, I remember that when I installed mine I could sort of see what was on the screen like a dos prompt. But with his the TV looked very strange with purple yellow and green lines. I waited for awhile and the light on the xbox went red.

So i booted it up without a cd in and it gave me the "conatact support" error.

I put in 007 and figured i should try it again, but whenver i try to install or load backup it says "actionscrpit file failed execution".

I can FTP into the XBOX but I have no idea if what I did can be undone or fixed. Hopefully somone can point me into the right direction.
