im in usa .. swap magic 3.6 boots pal games np ... anyone know if it can be used to boot pal movies ? and how to do it ?

no, swap magic is only for games. You could burn your PAL movie and make it region free.

how do i make it region free ? I can burn it with Nero vision express and change it to ntsc format ,, but i will lose the menu and chapters ..
the dvd i want to watch is not a commercial dvd ... its a bunch off fights[boxing ]from tv that someone made into a dvd ...

With Nero you can make your own menu's
Nero has quite a few options for burning
I would read a few tutorials and i am sure you will find that
you can copy everything that is on the disc
including titles and menu's
