How to make a Backup Copy of Matilda Special Edition

DVDFab didn't have a problem getting the files from the Matilda Special Edition DVD to my hard drive. When I try to open the files with DVD Shrink, I get an error: "Invalid Data in file ...\DVD\VIDEO_TS\VTS_20_0.VOB". I haven't encountered this before. This DVD is setup for interactive PC use as well.

Any idea what's going on?
