Colosseum- Road to Freedom HELP!

Having troble backing up Colosseum Road to Freedom. It is 2.74 GB. First I tried to make a straight copy with nero disc to DVD+R(Maxell), but that failed 74% of the way through. Then I was able to make an .ISO on my hard drive, and I was actually able to put it on a DVD+R (TDK), but when I verified the disc it said there was an error 74% again. Anyone burn this game and get it to work. I am using Swap Magic Disc. HELP!!!

Well NOT really, but they HURT him pretty badly.

Is there any scrathing or marks on the disc?
