hi i no this is probley on the wrong thread but. i was serching the web and found this website were someone..was asking about video cards.for guildwars.........if u anyone can help i would be very greatful.....heres the problem .......i have a dell computer its a

dell dim 3000 intel(R celaron(R CPU 2.66 ghz 512mb of ram
home edition widows xp version 2002 service pack 2
and my graphics card i have that doesent work with this game is
intel(R 82865G i gues that s about all i can think of to tell .

but when i play the game..i can log in and everything its just setin thing i do and my computer crashes........and when i first installed it it told me i dident have the right video card so can i buy a differnt video card for this computer.will i be able to replace it
i read that the intel-915G and the intel-945G works well with guildwars ..so am i able to replace mine for one of those ......thx.........u can email me it would so help me so much

There are No Integrated Graphics solutions that are any Good for Playing Games...

Depending on your Motherboard you might be able to just Install a New Video Card....

What Type of Motherboard do you have in your PC???
Many Crappy Companies Like Dell will Give you a Motherboard with Integrated Graphics with no way of Upgradeing the Video in the Future unless you Buy a New Motherboard....

As Long as your Motherboard has either an AGP Slot or a PCI-Express slot then you can Install a New Video card(Don"t Get anything Intel when it Comes to Graphics as they don"t make good Graphics products)..

So post back with your Motherboard Make and Model or if you allready know about your Motherboard then post back and tell us weather it is an AGP Slot or a PCI-Express Slot and with how much you are willing to Spend on a New Graphics Card.....

well i have pci....but i dont no to much about the motherboard....im not sure how to find out what it is...so im still looking....i will reply again hopfuly ifind out soon....im prity computer stupid with it comes to video cards and such

Well if you install something like "DR.Hardware" it should tell you the make and Model of Motherboard you have in your PC and should also tell you how many PCI Slots you have and if you have an AGP Slot....

If you know a little about Computers you could simply Open up your PC and Take a Look and Find out what your Motherboard has on it....
