on my disc 3 it has some sctraches and messes up at 38.8% what is the best program that can fix this or go around it something the first 2 disc where fine

Sometimes there is just nothing that will do a disk if it is to scratched. Best advise I could give here is to clean it really good (I use a SkipDr) and then try ripping it to your hard drive using DVDFab Decrypter it seems to work a little better with problem disks, but if that don't work you may need to obtain another copy.

thanks i clean but still does not work i am going to try avanced with dvdxcopy to see if i can just pull the episodes on the disc maybe that will work thanks

As suggested by bbmayo, give DVDFab Decrypter a try. It tends to be alittle more forgiving to errors than DVD Decrypter and/or DVD Shrink. You can get DVDFab Decrypter here: http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm
