MBT Multimedia Studio Help

I finally got MBT installed on my computer to work with my phone. I have version 2.21b (3.20f). I'm pretty sure that this is the most recent one, because it's the first to detect my motorola v551.

Anyway, when i try to open Multimedia studio, it just shows a blank screen. I know that some ppl were able to get they're program to work with the v551. Any help would be appreciated.
