Making backup of DVD Region Free

Ive attempted to make a backup copy of the DVD Region Free software disk. I tried making a disk image using alcohol 120% but during the read process I get the following error:

Disk dumping Failed!
Error message [03/11/00]- Unrecovered Read Error

The disk is new and has no scratches on it, so I'm assuming that its some kind of copy protection?

Could anyone suggest alternative software I could try?

You could try using DVD Decrypter, which you can find in the software part of this forum
