Hi! I am new at all of this so take it easy on me. I just had one question. I am looking for an MPEG Encoder that supports Video CD Encoding. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have Easy CD Creator Platinum. And I used the TMPGEnc. But in easy cd creator it wouldn't let me create a vcd after I had encoded it into an mpeg. Any help would be most appreciated.

You'd be better off with Nero Burning Rom, also when you encoded to mpeg with TMPGEnc, did you create VCD???
