Did you even attempt to do a search within the site??

For one, your question is too vague. There are too many tutorials, faqs, and regular threads within aD to have to reitterate the entire softmodding process to you.

I went to the search engine and type in "softmod". The link below shows the results.

Once you attempt to read, then post questions, concerns, etc...if you couldn't find it in your reading. I'm not trying to be mean but you have to understand, posting a general question about softmodding, like yours, is basically asking someone to restate a majority of what's already been written here for users.

my xbox when i go into splinter cell it isnt giving me the option to load the linux profile

Did you save the game exploit to your hdd? Accessing it from the memory card won't work.

Well, that doesn't make sense unless something is wrong with your file. Once you transfer it from the memory card to the xbox hdd, restart and it should be there.
