I have had an AV480 for three months or so and it was working fine, but now it simply will not hold a charge, works fine on mains but battery is useless. I have tried downloading the updated drivers from the Archos site as they suggest but this makes no difference. Can anyone shed any light on what the problem is or how I can resolve as getting no asisitance from the Archos Technical Support people.
