I'm pretty good at burning and shinking, but I have these 2 movies with custom menu thats only 5.08 gb, I burn to hd and recode with nero but it doesn't work[its the only one that doesn't],so my question is if I burn it to a duel-layed what the percentage that it will work? I haven't worked much with duel-layed before but I know that theres no re-writeables for dl so I don't know for sure if it will work.

Did you set your file size in Recode? In the lower right hand corner on your DVD Backup screen you where it says fit to target you can pick custom and type in 4300 and it should then fit.

it does fit and burns but the first movie freezes in one spot, and the other freezes in the same spot but then it switches back to the first movie, I thought maybe a dvd-dl with no shrinking would get rid of this.

You can try it, I don't know if it will work. The dual layers I have done have been with Decrypter using iso read and the write. I have not done any custom dual layers at this point. Good Luck :)
