Two softwares that take your pictures and quickly create a slideshow with motion, effects, transitions, etc.

Momento Express is freeware, has a wizard-based interface and exports only to WMV (including to WMV HD).

The full version has more configurational options and also exports straight to DVD.

Definitely worth at least getting the free version!
