ARMAX Codes with GoW on HDD

Does anybody know, how i can get GoW to load with ARMAX Codes on hdd?
I used the guide of CHEVYUK http://chevyuk.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/files/armax_guide.rar to get ARMAX and GoW in the same image but when I want to drag all the files of ARMAX and GoW in CDGenPS2, the "Part1.pak" and Part2.pak" files have negative sizes.
Therefore CDGenPS2 can't build the image.
With Sony's CD/DVD-ROM-Generator I can build the image but at start up on the PS2 I get a red screen.

(btw I use the PAL-Versions of both)
