PSTwo v13 makes loud noise after about 10 minutes

I recently installed the new slim kit pro v3.6, backup games work fine after trial and error of course :). My only problem is after 10 or 15 minutes the system seems to make a really loud noise, but doesn't affect gameplay(this happens when I play backups, dvd original movies, and ps2 originals)so it's not the type of media I use which is MCC, this happens when ever the system is running anything. Just wondering if this could lead to a major problem and also what I could do to fix this annoying sound, thanks people.

What kind of noise? Possibly just the cooling fan ramping up after the system warms up?
