Does this game needs to be rebuild or can i just play it with swapmagic 3.3. The game is 4.5 gig...so i think it needs 2 be rebuild but i'm not sure.
Who can help me out?

Ive got the same problem too,a 4.5 gig iso with a dummy file in the main Iso file.Have tried to rebuild and burn but didnt work...tell me if you have any luck.

You could also just go ahead and try it, it's not like wasting $85/$1.20 (the usual price for an empty DVD-R as far as i know) is gonna kill you right?

Hi Pindeho.
I created a new text file with the same name as the dummy in the main ISO folder.Nothing promted me to overwrite so I was left with 3 dummies;the text file,dummy dat and me!
Any ideas??
I have just d/l Metal gear solid and have seen the same thing in the ISO folder,almost identical to Resident Evil Outbreak.

Basically make a new, text file, press space bar to create, a "byte" then save it as dummy.dat. It should overwrite, but even though I replaced the dummy it still did not work!!!!!

there is no need to do anything different with this game, i backed it up the normal way, decrypt then burn in Alcohol 120% and it works perfect.
Resi4 soon people

dont want to sound rude but have you even tryed a straight backup as that is all it needs so what if i has dummy file my opinon if its not broken dont fix it !!!!
