it should just boot like a normal cd game,
just use the Swap Magic cd to boot it,
if the game is over 632mb you need to use a breaker pro,
or rip the cd back to dvd and use the swap magic dvd to load it.

swapmagic 3.6 doesnt boot dvd+ very well.
i suggest using dvd- and use DVD Decrypter to rip and burn the game, works every time for me
oh and use ritek dye dvd- they work the best.
and breaker pro wont do anything its for booting ps1 games duh!

yep the same one,
because breaker pro a large toc cd (close to 1 Gig)
just use your swap magic cd and do a toc swap with your breaker pro,
then load as normal.
Hope that helps.

yes but that isnt what was asked.
the question asked was about booting dvd not cd and the playstation 2 cannot boot a dvd from a cd unless you use an exploit from mc as it differentiates between cd and dvd, two completely different modes.
also you would be hard pushed to boot gt4 or god of war with a small toc.

no the question was how to boot dvdrip backups with swap magic 3.6
not DVD backups,if that was the question i would have said just use your swap magic dvd (and if you need to toc swap use Manhunt or another large toc game)
dvdrip pertains to dvd stripped down to fit on a cd.
Otherwise the question would have been how do I boot 1:1 dvd backup using swap magic 3.6,
I think I can read.
Quote: also you would be hard pushed to boot gt4 or god of war with a small toc.
Nope I just use the Swap Magic DVD like everyone else.
I never said anything about GT4 or god of war,I don't have any problems with any games.(DVD rip,DVD,CD or Multi Games)

Saint 24 Considering you where the one who replied to this post(yep the one asking how to rip the CD back to DVD),
I'd think that you would have realised that it was a cd that uglytoad was talking about.
I don't know too many DVD games that come in under 1 Gig.
