Dvd decrypter & computer cant read finding nemo?

I have the movie finding nemo and im trying to copy it, but my dvd writer and dvd decrypter cant read the dvd, so is this a problem with the computer which i think it is? or the dvd.... but this problem happened with another movie and we kept putting it back in the computer and it was working, we have played burnt many movies since then, and i also cleaned finding nemo

Probably a bad disc. Is this a copy or an original? What's your error?
