Im converting 2 avi files with subtitles to DVD format with DivxtoDVD. sometimes i get a prompt at the end of the process saying it finished and asking me if I want to burn directly to DVD and other times I dont get a prompt at all, the program just stops. when the program stops without notification is when for some reason my files come out crappy. I'll burn the VIDEO TS files onto DVD(using Nero)but they wont play on my DVD player, but they will play on my computer. And the Nero Data verification fails. What could be wrong with the files? why wont tehy burn correctley?
heres the stats for DVD files that wont play on my DVD player that I have converted with Divx to DVD, if its any help:

Input File Type : avi
ASpect ratio: (20:11)
Automatic size:Widescreen
stream count: 2
#1-Video: MPEG4, 640x352,23.98 fps
#2-Audio: ac3,48000 Hz, 5:1,448 kb/s
