Is there anywhere or anyone that I could pay to help me understand some more advanced techniques? I'm ripping anime and want to learn how to fix combing effects. I've tried some basic Decomb scripts through guides but it didn't fix all the problems and I imagine someone out there would be much more capable at showing and more willing if they were properly reinbursed. Any takers?
