Hi all.
I have an IBM laptop with win xp pro sp2.
For some reason I can't "see" my DVD/cdrw ..due to missing driver..any clue where I can get the proper driver.

is there an exclamation mark in the device manager. is there an error code??

THERE IS AN EXCLAMATION MARK (YELLOW) IN THE DEVICE MANAGER..NO ERROR CODE THOUGH

no caps as refers to shouting. uninstall the device with the exclamation mark in the device manager, rstart windows so can load it's own driver.

thanks for the prompt answer: I have followed the instructions...and got the folowing message:Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39)
