I have sopme dvds that I have bought with tv show on them. Because the commerical dvd is dual layered I would like to combine episodes from different dvd's onto on blank DVD-R. How can I use dvd shrink and Nero without finalizing the dvd for the dvd player for every burning session?

Just use reathor mode to rip the shows you want. The edit start/end feature is useful for this as well sometimes. Then make a compilation.

I banned him because of his sig. You cannot advertise other forums/sites.

He pretty much laughed and ignored. He continued to post with it in his sig.

He is a moderator on his site ... he should know better when a mod warns you.
