where can i buy a dvdrw press to burn psx2 games

i read about a year ago,that you can't copy psx,psx2 bootdisc.
becuase most burners won't read or burn, the bad data on psx/2 disc.
the data that boots the games. that i would have to buy a dvd press.
or a burner that would read and burn.the bad parts of the cds.

so i been thinking that if i buy one i'll be able to copy my game to bootup on there own.
so where can i buy a dvd press??? or a burner that will let me do this?? i heard there like a $1000 but where yahoo search didn't find nothing on it.lol
i wouldn't mind copying xbox games as well.lol
brobly come in handy with psx3 games as well;)

Think more in the range of 10.000 dollars, and expect a visit from local police if you do get one, cause a normal person in possesion of a dvd press is rather questionable to them... As for burners, they can't read pressed "bad" sectors, and even if they can, there's no way they could re-create them properly.
