Sound lag on DVD after authoring with TMPGenc

I'm having an annoying problem while Authoring my DVDs. When I convert them to MPG format they are fine. And if I want to burn that one video on a DVD using TMPGenc or Nero there are no problems. However, if I use TMPGenc to author the DVD to put more than one video on a disc there is a sound lag. The begining is usually fine. But as the video progresses the lag gets worse and worse until its completely off.
Any ideas?
