I have convert a movie successfully.But, I wanna ask anyone who know aboaut Mpeg setting jsut like noise reduction, color reduction, etc?

The convert files seem to be a little clouded than the source
Is it have big difference if I choose all the properties setting?

In most cases VCD is simply not going to look anywhere near as good as the source.

Colour reduction? Most people want to enhance it.
