I have a work around solution for that. Let's forget that Apache exists. Use CD/DVD Gen to create your .iml files, then use IML2ISO to rebuilt those files.

1. Insert your game in your computer.
2. Use DVD Decrypter to create an image of it.
3. Once image is created, close DVD Decrypter.
4. Open up ISObuster.
5. Have it open up your game's image file.
6. Write down the names of the files, keeping them in order as you
see them on your screen.
7. When done writing, press CNTL-A to highlight the files.
8. Right click the first one, and select "extract to" and extract them to a new folder.
9. Once the extraction is done, close ISObuster.
10. Open up CD/DVD Gen.
11. Using My Computer, open up the folder to which you extracted
the game files.
12. Using your written list, drag, one-by-one, the games files over to CD/DVD Gen in the order you wrote them down.
13. Once all files are dragged over, click the Volume button.
14. In the first box, put in either Slus or Sles, depending upon what your game file states that you wrote down.
15. In the 2nd box, put in the 5 digits next to your sles or slus file of the game (leaving out the decimal point itself).
16. For the Producer name, put in: Playstation.
17. Click the Record button.
18. You get 2 errors.
19. Click, File/Export Image, and name it the name of your game.
20. Once the extraction is done, close that program and open the
IML2ISO program.
21. Have it open the first .iml file created from the previous
program. The first one will be the lowest or no number one.
It's normally the default one shown in the open/file window.
22. Click the "start" button for IML2ISO on the left.
23. After that is done, you have a 2nd image of the game created.
24. Burn that image to DVD with DVD Decrypter.

Your game should now work with flying colors, and no hassles to deal with while having copied it.
