Well looks like I cant use something I paid for. Do they actually think people will remember all that shit? How the hell am I supposed to know when I got the damn thing, and when I Activated it Online, and where I purchase it and WTF does Subject mean subject for what? I have my LICENSE ID and PASSWORD and that's all they should require.

There are other free programs like dvd shrink and dvd decrypter. They both work good when backing up dvd's.

do you have an accountant or something that insists on seeing receipts for every one of your programs? lol, go with what's free as long as it works! but if you need to buy something, check out AnyDVD.
