bigangel u should try using CDCheck on the disk to enshure that there is no errors on the disks files !

If there is , It gives u an option to recover the cd ! I suppose thats ur best bet right about now .

okay we need alot more info what error codes are you getting with those programs have you had success before with any movie also you might try downloading the trial version of AnyDVD that may help.post back!!

Not sure what problems you are having, but there does not appear to be anything special about this movie. I burned it last night using AnyDVD & CloneDVD. I bought both of these programs a couple of months ago and they are terrific.
