DVD LAB PRO audio sync issues HELP PLEASE.

hello. i've gotten the all new Final Fantasy 7 : Advent Children. so i used Win2AVI to convert the .avi file into a DVD VOB file.
the thing is, the movie is in japanese... so i need to add English subtitles... So i've gotten the subtitles...
andi got DVD LAB PRO to add the subtitles....

the thing is... if I add the VOB asset into DVD LAB PRO everything is fine! it works... itz beautiful... itz great.

however... when i add the subtitles, DVD LAB PRO forces me to "demultiplex" the VOB into seperate movie and audio files...
so i say yes.

THEN!!!! the thing is, the audio and video dont match. The video is 1:41:01 and the audio is 1:41:00....
so the audio is a little faster...

so easy solution... AUDIO DELAY the audio!!!! awesome.

however, if i sync the audio in one part of the movie, like towards the begining, the audio sync is OFF again towards the middle and END.

i really dont know what to do. i've tried EVERYTHING, and i've looked.

It works fine, but the DVD LAB PRO demultiplexing is making everything off sync. as in it doesn't match. SOMEONE please help me... PLEASE. thank you!
