best place i could think of for this, emm, does any1 know how i can compress a 349mb video into 64mb or under??

There is absolutly No way in Hell you are going to be able to shrink 43 minutes of Video down to 64mb...That is about 1.5mb per minute of Video and there are no Compression Schemes that will alow you to Squeeze that much Video in such a small space and even if you could the Quality and Resolution of the Video file would have to be so low that it wouldn"t be watchable.....

You can Try useing "Windows Media Encoder 9" to compress the File to WMV Format at 320+240 at 15fps useing an extremely Low bitrate and see how small you can get it but I doubt you will be able to get it down to 64mb.....

Of course it is possible. You simply have to use a low enough bitrate. Whether it is actually watchable is a different matter.

Since it is for a phone though, you are stuck with whatever format(s) it supports. So h.263 and AMR in a 3gp container?
