How do I use cog swap loader and CD loader?

Ok, I have them on my memory card using the codebreaker method. My question is, how do I use them? On cog swap, the screen says psx cdr or something like that with a pisture of a disk. Am I suppose to swap now with a slide card or do I press eject? Do I put in a pressed disk or my backup? I am really confused.

eject and put in an original ps2 game that is bigger than the backup your trying to load. Hit x, then swap for your backup.
