Cog Swap Loader HELP!

ok i made a backup of my MGS2 with DVD Decrypeter and with cog swap loader it worked fine but then i remeber i downoaded Juiced to my computer HDD cuase i lost the original so i burned the .bin file with DVD decrypter and then i insterted my MGS2 original into there it came up with PS2 DVD and then i pressed X , cog swaped and then pressed X again i can hear the CD spinning but it wont run??? just spins on . im using DVD-R for my backups as i did with my MGS2 backup. the downloaded version is about 2 gig and the original MGS2 is about 4 gigs . so whats wrong?? can Cog Swap Loader Exploit only play the backup if u instert the original ??

it works on HDloader ... but the fact im doin all this is becuase some games dont work on HDloader (half life 2 , Sims Urbz etc. )
