Help with burning VCDs.

Whenever I burn VCDs the quality goes way down. Is there anyway to prevent this? I'm trying to burn a 400mb video btw.

The burn speed might help. Some burners work better at high speeds and other burn better at low speeds you will have to experiment.
VCD aren't very good quality and won't be.

Is this a disc you want to keep or just want it so you can watch it on the tv? There are better ways to watch stuff from you computer on the tv with very good quality.
