I am trying to back up one of my playstation games. I have ps2 version 5 or 6(300003R). I have purchased the latest swap magic plus and slide tool(pal 3.6). My problem is that when I backed up a dvd ps2 game it loads fine on the ps2 so everything there hunckydorey but when I do the same with a cdr ps2 game it wont load and just says not a valid ps2 game. I backed up both using nero 6 and the crds I tried are tesco,phillips and sony. Anybody no where Im going wrong?

what cd game are you trying to play? did you download it off the internet?

Make sure u have the SMD CD disc in the PS2 not the SMD DVD thats y u get 2 discs with SMD 1 is 4 PS2 CDs & 1 is 4 PS2 DVDs this is an all 2 common trap, catches us all at some stage (IF WE'RE HONEST)
