If any of you have experiences with both of these programs. What do you think are some pros and cons to each of these?

Windows XP SP2
Athlon 64 3000+
NEC 3520A
Sony 8x DVD-R MIJ

Yes i have both of these and both give me quality results but I'm swaying towards CloneDVD 2 as it is generally quicker

So Anydvd + Clonedvd works best for me although I'm fond of recode

With recode I notice it replaces the parts you take out with a screen that tells you that something is missing from the disk. Whereas clonedvd2 just removes the scene and puts nothing in place. which method is better? Hope that makes sense.

I'll have to say Nero Recode 2, it's much quicker for me. However, it all boils down the your choice of preferences and experiences, in the end.

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.

I have Nero Recode & CloneDVD 2, I used to prefer Recode, BUT..
AnyDVD combined with CloneDVD 2 is the Ultimate! Best quality burns hands down! After I bought AnyDVD and CloneDVD 2, I still use Recode, but not nearly as often! You can do so MUCH MORE with the 2 Slysoft sold products!

Use The Best Media for The Best Burns! TYs, Verbs,(Made in Taiwan) Sony MIJs (YUDEN000 T02), Sony Made in Taiwan DVD+R 16x, Maxell MIJ, RITEK G05.
